第一道

PRIMI
Insalata di Rucola
Baby arugula mixed with red onion, cranberries and balsamic vinaigrette.Finished with shaved Parmigiano Regianno.

Organic Green Salad
Organic green salad leaves served with fresh grapes, candied pecans and Maytagblue cheese. Drizzled with a pear & apple cider vinaigrette.

Arancini
Risotto rice balls stuffed with mozzarella. Lightly fried and topped withParmigiano Reggiano and tomato confit.

Pomodoro e Mozzarella
Alternating slices of mozzarella, local tomatoes; drizzled with extra virginolive oil and balsamic reduction.

Caesar Salad
Whole leaves of baby Romaine tossed in a white truffle infuseddressing. Served with white anchovies and a fried poached egg.

Gluten free (penne or gnocchi) or whole wheat (tagliatelle) pasta can besubstituted with any sauce.
All pastas made fresh daily.

Indian Fusion Masala Ravioli
This house made Indian - Italian fusion ravioli is stuffed with ricotta cheese,English peas, and ginger then coated in a spicy tomato cream sauce. Finishedwith a curry leaf pistachio pesto.

Gnocchi alla Da Vinci
Fresh homemade potato dumplings tossed with sun-dried tomatoes, shallots,garlic and arugula. Finished with smoked mozzarella.

Cheese Ravioli
Home made ravioli stuffed with Ricotta and Pecorino cheeses. Served with plumtomato sauce and basil. Finished with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano.

Rigatoni Bolognese
"Best of Boston - Boston Globe" Homemade rigatoni pasta tossed in aslow cooked sauce of tomatoes, ground sirloin and red wine. Topped with shavedParmigiano Reggiano.

Orechiette con Salsiccia
Orechiette pasta (little ears) tossed in a sauce of sautéed Italian sausage,broccoli rabe, crushed red pepper and white wine. Finished with pecorino Romanocheese.

Salmon($6 upcharge)
Pan seared and served on top of vegetable risotto. Finished with a yellowtomato tarragon sauce.

Chicken Parmesan
Panko crusted boneless chicken breast topped with a plum tomato sauce and meltedmozzarella di Bufala. Served with a side of Penne pomodoro.

Sirloin ($9 upcharge)
A center cut sirloin steak, grilled to perfection and finished with a Chiantiveal demi glaze reduction. Served with a mashed potato cake and sautéedspinach.

Chocolate Mousse
Served with whip cream and a Grand Marnier orange.

Crème Brulee
Served with fresh berries.
