Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base, and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our firm.
Responsibilities
Participates on project/program teams from ideation to design to delivery of fully developed programs satisfying customers.
Develop an in depth understanding of customer needs to identify solutions for client’s key goals.
Prepare reports and analytical output for daily portfolio management meetings and weekly investment meetings.
Provide analytical and communication support for client related presentations and marketing support materials.
Assist with the development of digital and traditional advertising executions, such as TV commercials, out of home advertising, print ads, banner and display ads, SEO in order to increase market share in targeted areas.
Gathers data on competitors and analyzes their method of marketing and distribution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, and the candidate should have an interest in or plans to pursue an MBA degree and/or the CFA designation
There should be strong evidence of outstanding academic achievement and a foundation in areas such as mathematics, economics, investments, or statistics is preferred.
1-2 years’ experience on marketing or related fields, but not a must.
Solves complex problems with minimal supervision; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Basic Microsoft Office skills, specifically: using Excel to create reports, charts and graphs; using PowerPoint to create tables and graphs using data from external sources; using Outlook to manage team’s shared calendars.
The candidate must be highly organized, detail oriented, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with desire to work as part of a team, are crucial.
